Oregon Coast Meetings

We offer a place for every event, whether casual or formal. The beach affords unlimited space for athletic activities and large gatherings during good weather. Our event facility overlooking the ocean accommodates up to 100 people in nearly 1,000 sq ft. We provide transportation to specialty locations in the area for customized adventures. We have furnishings to accommodate seminar, banquet, boardroom and dance floor layouts.

If you want to party, Las Vegas awaits. Sometimes you just need to get away and do creative work amidst the endlessly changing and inspiring coastline. Gather your remote workers and we will set you up for Boardroom meetings, seminars, and banquet dinners with a casual coastal atmosphere. Use our full-featured multi-media resources to stay connected with the outside world.

Family Events

Shared experiences make for the best family memories. We offer a unique setting for reunions, weddings, and other gatherings in a relaxed environment. Enjoy spending quality time together away from the bustle of the city. We will arrange all the fixings – just let us know what memories you are making.

Special Interest Events

Does your group want to view private art collections, visit birding sites, play golf, or meet with other car buffs? If you have a common interest, we have the meeting space and venue relationships for you to connect in a room and then explore outdoor as a group. The Tillamook County coast has lots of fascinating places we can integrate into a customized adventure.

If your event requires a little project management or tour packaging assistance, then we will assign one of our Guest Services event liaison staff to help coordinate all the schedules and specialty contracts for you. We can deliver a single contracted experience for maximum convenience.

I was very happy with my stay. I liked that the office has DVDs, puzzles and games to lend out. Our room was very spacious with a great view, a nicely equipped kitchenette, and comfortable bedding. Easy access to the beach and a short walk or drive to the main drag in Rockaway Beach.

Coastal Expectations

  • You will find our coastal towns and venues relaxed and friendly. Our pace of life makes more time for casual conversation and relationship.
  • We do not allow smoking of any kind on the property, including vaping and marijuana. That keeps our common and living areas fresh and clean for other guests. We also maintain quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. 
  • Please include your pets as part of your reservation request so we can direct you to our dog-friendly rooms. Note that there is a nightly pet surcharge.
  • For our guests with mobility needs we ask you to please call ahead to reserve a ground floor room and ADA parking. We do not have elevators so these guests will need to use a stairway lift chair to access the second floor event facility (available as of January 2025).
  • Our property is kept clean and sanitary as you would expect. But be aware that the buildings are older and many of the rooms still have dated décor and some beachside wear and tear. We are continually working to enhance & upgrade our resort.
