Guest Services

You are the resort’s first line of delight for the customer. Engage them warmly throughout the reservation, check-in, special request, and check-out lifecycle. Demonstrate your computer proficiency by maintaining guest, room status, and payment information in our software system. Professionally coordinate group activities and special events.

Housekeeping

Ensure each of our one-bedroom condominium units is clean and sanitized per our quality protocols. Assist with stripping, stocking, and laundry services as needed. Room comfort is our most important guest satisfaction driver and our cleaning team gets respect.

Facilities

Keep all the common areas clean and orderly. Support our events by staging room layouts and assisting event coordinators. Learn useful skills while assisting with maintenance and renovation tasks. The facilities flex team is always doing something new.

Coastal Expectations

  • You will find our coastal towns and venues relaxed and friendly. Our pace of life makes more time for casual conversation and relationship.
  • We do not allow smoking of any kind on the property, including vaping and marijuana. That keeps our common and living areas fresh and clean for other guests. We also maintain quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. 
  • Please include your pets as part of your reservation request so we can direct you to our dog-friendly rooms. Note that there is a nightly pet surcharge.
  • For our guests with mobility needs we ask you to please call ahead to reserve a ground floor room and ADA parking. We do not have elevators so these guests will need to use a stairway lift chair to access the second floor event facility (available as of January 2025).
  • Our property is kept clean and sanitary as you would expect. But be aware that the buildings are older and many of the rooms still have dated décor and some beachside wear and tear. We are continually working to enhance & upgrade our resort.
